The winning design, a collaboration between TU/e and market parties, envisions a campus neighborhood with a unique focus on community. The development at De Hondsheuvels is a significant step towards the ambitious goal of delivering 5,400 new social student housing units in Eindhoven over the next eight years. This project, led by TheNewMakers, is a testament to the power of collaboration between TU/e, the Municipality of Eindhoven, Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Woonbedrijf/Vestide, and Stichting Studenten Huisvesting (SSH).
